11Motors is an official RST Service Center. We provide service and warranty support for RST products.

Warranty and Service

Warranty

RST offers a 24-month warranty on all products. 11Motors provides warranty processing and service for select RST forks (SNYPER and F1RST series).

So if your RST product is still under warranty, please fill out the form below. To ensure your warranty claim is processed as quickly as possible, it is important that you follow these steps:

  1. Fill out and submit the warranty form. Please fill out the warranty claim/service form below.
  2. Send the unopened RST product + the printed form + a copy of the proof of purchase (digital or enclosed) to the following address:

Service

If your RST is more than 2 years old, we offer repair and maintenance services. Unless you are filing a warranty claim, there is no need to attach the invoice.

Please also fill out the form below and send the clean support, along with the printed form, to our address—preferably via DHL.
